Dale Stephens, Co-Founder Rock against Poverty

 

Dale Stephens, a Manhattan native and lifelong musician, is a Co-Founder of Rock against Poverty. Dale was instrumental in the very first RaP concert in New York City’s Tompkins Square Park. His countless hours of organizing helped the Foundation kick-off its inaugural concert which was promoted by Mariah Carey and other celebrities, landing national press attention.

 

It is through this event Dale shared the stage with Grammy Award Nominated Trey Lorenz, and American Idol finalist Anwar Robinson. The event was aimed to heighten the awareness to the causes to which the Rock against Poverty was founded, Poverty and Climate Change. Dale has a love for human nature, and is not only a true Musician, but a Humanitarian.
