HOW IT WORKS
Projects are designed collaboratively in a 3D using Metavents drag and drop project editor, like Simcity. Each object within the scene is connected to a real-world supplier with project costs updating in real time as objects are added.
Project collaborators can use VR to immersive themselves in the project throughout the design process to gain on the ground insights that currently require physically traveling to the project site.
The project can be tested against simulated worst-case disasters scenarios to ensure resilience
Completed project simulations will have passed the safety and resilience tests, include exact costs, delivery timelines and include a manifest of all suppliers required to deliver the project.
Rock Against Poverty includes the costs of the project into their annual funding targets.
When project funds are raised they are passed onto an approved trust, such a Climate Change Trust Fund who can then pay the contractors and suppliers. All payments are accounted for on the blockchain and reported back to project funders.
Contractors will be required to update project progress which is reflected in project simulation shared among all stakeholders ensuring 100% transparency and accountability of the use of funds.

TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY
Metavents was originally designed to solve communication, planning, logistics, risk and financial problems faced by outdoor music festivals by using 3D Visualization, Virtual Reality (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain. Imagine a real-world SimCity that you could go inside of. It was later identified that these capabilities also solve problems for organizations involved in disaster management where what is required to plan, deliver and manage a refugee camp are mostly identical to that of a festival. Both involve coordinating the delivery of food, water, shelter, power, waste management systems, medical and sanitation facilities into remote and often difficult to access locations, while planning for and mitigating risks such as high wind, flood, fire, etc.
